On Monday, Fred Bird and Obi came to kick off the week at our assembly! Everyone was encouraged to wear Cardinal gear or red and white to go to the ball game. We celebrate our SUCCESS! We work hard and take time to play!

Tuesday - Step up to the plate today!
During our assembly we called author Julia Cook to read us a story about What Shoes Will I Wear? On Tuesday, everyone was encouraged to wear mismatched shoes. People who are SUCCESSFUL step up and make things happen.
During our assembly, the coaches along with Fred Bird and Obi gave us a pep talk about being healthy and led us in a movement activity. On Wednesday, everyone was encouraged to wear exercise clothes and participate in walk in the park at Stacy Park. Making healthy choices is important to your future SUCCESS.
Thursday - Every strike brings me closer to a home run!
Everyone was encouraged to wear OB spirit wear or blue and white clothes. Obi greeted students in the hallway in the morning and said farewell to them at the end of the day. At OB we know you have to make mistakes to be SUCCESSFUL!
Friday - Pitch in and help your community!
During the assembly, Judy Coyman, from Operation Food Search told the students about our food drive and how it will help feed hungry kids. On Friday, everyone was encouraged to bring in a can of food and in return got to wear a hat for the day. SUCCESSFUL people give their time, talent, and treasures to others!
